About Your Therapist
Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a HCPC registered Physiotherapist and qualified Mindfulness Coach. I hold additional training in evidence-based Tai Chi for use in clinical settings.
I have NHS Physiotherapy experience working with a range of conditions such as such as Falls prevention, Older Adults, Parkinsons / neurological, Stroke, respiratory, chronic conditions, those struggling with reduced mobility and post-surgical recovery.
Having three chronic autoimmune conditions myself, I have lived experience of managing symptoms and flare ups to live well.
