Based in Manchester, Move More Mindfully Physiotherapy specialises in personalised mindful Physiotherapy and Mindfulness Coaching delivered by fully qualified Physiotherapist and Mindfulness Coach, Sam Hewitt.
Move More Mindfully Physiotherapy recognises that individuals are much more complex than an isolated physical problem. Sometimes, it can be hard to change patterns of emotional and physical stress which impacts our bodies, for example. We work with a person-centred approach, addressing mind and body, to support you to feel your best.


About Your Therapist
Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a HCPC registered Physiotherapist and qualified Mindfulness Coach. I hold additional training in evidence-based Tai Chi for use in clinical settings.
I have NHS Physiotherapy experience working with a range of conditions such as such as Parkinsons / neurological, Stroke, respiratory, chronic conditions, those struggling with reduced mobility and post-surgical recovery.
Having three chronic autoimmune conditions myself, I have lived experience of managing symptoms and flare ups to live well.
